Getting To Egypt:
Cairo (CAI)
For most travelers, your international flights will arrive/depart into Cairo (CAI). There are some options from Europe directly into Marsa Alam (RMF) if not joining an excursion. Using a flight search engine is the best option (such as Google Flights) to find the dates/times options. It is best to book directly with whichever airline vs using a third party website to book. Should there be travel disruptions, booking on a third party is harder to make changes and be accommodated on other flights.
Most large international airlines fly into Cairo, including, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Etihad, EgyptAir, Turkish Airlines, Royal Jordanian, Lufthansa, etc. From the US, American, United and Delta should have airline partners that connect to flights to Cairo.
If you are arriving into Cairo and transiting to Hurghada you may have to book separate tickets depeding on the airline. Be sure to allow enough transit time (international arrival into Cairo, customs/immigration, collect bags, change terminals if needed, check-in for the domestic flight, security, and so on. The airport code for Hurghada is HRG. If you are doing the Cairo excursion first, we will fly down to Hurghada on July 15th in the morning to meet the group to transport to Port Ghalib.
Marsa Alam (RMF)
Flights Directly into Marsa Alam (RMF) are mainly from Europe. This map has a good list of direct flights. https://www.flightconnections.com/flights-to-marsa-alam-rmf There are resorts in Port Ghalib if you want to arrive a day before boarding the boat.
